If for some reason you are not satisfied with your DR+LAB USA order, you can return or exchange it in its original packaging with the original packing slip within 7 days of purchase date.
To return or exchange an item(s), please call Customer Service at 1-213-232-1120 Monday through Friday from 10am to 5:00pm PST to receive a Return Authorization number that you should mark on the outside of your package. Complimentary shipping will be provided for all returns and exchanges made within 7 days of original purchase date.
When you return your purchase to DR+LAB USA within 7 days of purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your credit card for the price of the item(s). A credit will be issued to the credit card that was used in the original purchase. We ask that you allow up to 14 days for the credit process.
You can exchange your purchase within 7 days for another item(s) of equal or greater value.
Items received more than 7 days after purchase date may not be returned or exchanged.
Only items purchased on DR+LAB USA can be returned to DR+LAB USA Online. Items purchased in an official showroom, a skincare professional's office or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
